How do we seal a surface?
Our experienced team follows a thorough process to seal your surface. We also must be very careful so we don't ruin the surface of your area when we are cleaning and sealing. We will treat your property like it is our own.​
This is a quick explanation of how we do it:

We will wash down your area with a hose ensuring we remove any loose dirt and leaves before we start.

Then we will pressure wash your surface so it is completely clean, this helps us get the best result.

We apply the sealer using a brush or roller in thin even layers.

Next we need to let it dry so we are able to put on a second coat for the best finish.

We will also add an anti-skid additive which helps with traction because sealed surfaces can be slippery without it.

Now we leave it for 24-48 hours to completely dry.
